It was amazing. As soon as we got there, I got to chase a lizard around and around in circles.
Then mom and dad ate lunch at the picnic tables, but didn't share anything with me. So that wasn't as fun. But then we finally went hiking! I got to smell about a hundred new trees.
The coolest part was when we met a big rattlesnake! Mom and dad didn't get a picture because they were too busy flipping out when I tried to eat it. They just scooped me up and walked away very quickly. I don't think they know what the cool stuff is.
Wow Chubs! You sure are one exciting little dude. My Puggle Hailey and I ran into a rattlesnake once. We were hiking and I stopped to pick us some blueberries, guess who was waiting under the blueberry bush? Rattle~rattle~rattle. I flipped out just like your pawrents, but Hailey never even noticed the snake.
